Among other social media platforms, Facebook is the most populated platform that you can ever think of not just in Nigeria or your country but in the whole world.
Yeah, the whole world because we all use Facebook, including the old and the young ones.
With this, crimes called hacking, scamming are really high. So to avoid having an issue with your account or getting hack into your account, you need to secure your Facebook account as fast as you can.
To secure your Facebook, you have to follow the steps below accordingly;
1 Login into your Facebook account

5 It will take you to a new window where all the phones you have used to access your account will display
6 Scroll down and select one of the options below but in this guide, I will be using two-factor authentication
7 Select on “use two-factor authentication
Once you have selected that, it will take you to another window, on that window you have to insert a contact that you can always get a code from.
Note: It doesn’t have to be the same number you used during your account opening, it can be any of your active numbers.
After selecting the contact you want to use, proceed and get it set up.
Once that is done, it means you have successfully protected your Facebook account using two-factor authentication.
This means that if anyone tries logging into your account, you will get a notification on the contact you linked and then you will select if to grant access or deny the person access into the account.
